Purpose of Messages

WTA sends text messages only to confirm pre-scheduled, in-home appointments for complimentary water quality tests
and product demonstrations. These appointments are typically scheduled through an outbound call with one of our representatives.

Message Frequency

Message frequency is limited and based solely on scheduled appointments. You may receive one or more texts per appointment for confirmation or reminders.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile service provider and plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive texts unless you reschedule a future appointment.
